Pursuant to the SCA Constitution, the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Singapore Coffee Association has been called on

Venue:  Hard Rock Cafe (50 Cuscaden Road, Hpl House, #02-01, Singapore 249724)

Date: 19th April 2024, Friday

Time: 4.00PM-5.00PM (AGM)
           5.00PM-6.30PM (Townhall regarding Singapore Food Agency (SFA))

           6.30PM -9.30PM (Dinner Session)

Format of Meeting: Physical

The agenda of the AGM as follows:

• Minutes of the past Annual General Meeting 2023 (review the past annual meeting minutes HERE)
• Presentation of President's Report
• Presentation of Treasurer's Report
• Close of Annual General Meeting

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• The seats will be offered to EXCO and fellow Corporate Members who posses voting rights before extending to our Mid-Tier Members should there be vacancy for onsite attendance. Your kind understanding is greatly appreciated.
• SCA will also be hosting a Get-Together Buffet Dinner after the meeting, and we will appreciate your indication if you are joining us for the dinner session.
